Refund Policy
The My Home Network Early Access kit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase (download link by email). Please read this policy and the Terms & License before buying.
1. Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's policy together with this page. You can request a refund through Lemon Squeezy at https://lemonsqueezy.com or by emailing us at support@myhomenet.app with your order ID.
2. Digital delivery and right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU/EEA, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived once download/delivery begins with your express consent, which you provide at checkout. After delivery has started, the standard statutory withdrawal right no longer applies.
3. When we do offer refunds
We want Early Access buyers to be treated fairly. We will generally issue a refund if:
- the download link fails and we cannot deliver a working kit;
- the Product is materially defective and we cannot provide a fix or workaround in a reasonable time;
- you were charged in error or duplicated an order.
4. When refunds are usually declined
- You changed your mind after downloading a working kit.
- Your hardware does not meet the stated requirements (e.g. no Raspberry Pi, no SSH access).
- You expected a plug-and-play / pre-flashed SD card — the listing clearly states this is an SSH-setup Early Access kit.
- Suspected redistribution or license abuse (see Terms).
5. How to request
Email support@myhomenet.app with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 business hours. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence are unaffected by this policy.
